Order Acceptance Policy 

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Cola Weed reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed over $5000.00 (USD ) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our customer care department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting huge orders.

Currently we accept orders by following payment methods

2. Zelle Pay
3. PayPal
4. CashApp

We do not store any credit card details whatsoever.
In fact when you pay by credit card we don’t even see the credit card details that you enter. Encrypted credit Card details are posted directly to the payment server. We receive an immediate automatic response to confirm that the payment has been approved. When your order details are then stored in our system we simply record that the payment has been approved  it’s not necessary for us to store any of your credit card details. This offers you the highest possible security when ordering online with your credit card.

PAYMENT PROCESSING TIME
Bitcoin and Cash App are the quickest form of payment with very short processing time thus packages ship out early.

Using other forms of payment like credit cards,  Your order will be thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note! credit card processing can take up to 4 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER ACTIVITY FOR ORDERS PLACED BY CREDIT CARD

(i)   Using a third party credit card without cardholders consent
(ii)  Placing order with different card holder 
(iii)  Providing a credit card with insufficient fund than your order value
(iv)  providing false contact information 
(v)   Using expired credit card
(vi)  Using proxy, VPN, anonymous proxy for altering IP address 

If any order is placed with the unaccepted activity, we will reject the order and we will not accept subsequent orders from the customer

SECURITY CHECK OF A ORDER
All orders placed on Cola Weed by Credit Card or Debit Card are subject to security checks .The security checks are intended to ensure the safety and security of your financial information and prevent unauthorized use of your credit or debit card.

Our Order security check protects both customers and online shops against credit card frauds and other malevolent activities. We perform all possible checks to confirm if order is authentic. We also look up customer details in a global chargeback abuser database. In this way, a fraudster and chargeback abuser identified in one store will be known by all stores. If we are unable to verify payment, we will cancel your order and send you notification by email that the order could not be completed. To further ensure security and privacy, these emails do not include details of why the order was not completed.
